Ordering:
- For placing order, at least 7-10 days' notice is required.
- To place an order, please feel free to contact us through email: sasacakes@hotmail.com OR simply complete our 'contact us' form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment:
- Once the order detail is confirmed, 50% deposit is required upon reservation, it can be made by cash or bank transfer.
- We reserve the right to terminate the order if deposit cannot be made within 3 days after placing your order.
- Balance of payment is required upon delivery by cash
Delivery:
- We can deliver our cakes all over Cambridgeshire at a time that suits you. Our hand delivery service ensures your cake arrives in perfect condition and prices are based on the distance from our location in Hartford. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your cakes from us.
- Delivery is free within 5 miles of Hartford. Delivery charges apply beyond that limit.
Within 5 miles of Hartford - Free
Within 10 miles of Hartford - £4.50
Within 11-20 miles of Hartford - £6.00
- If you would like a quote for the cost of delivery, do get in touch with us.
- Please make sure that you have provided correct delivery information and with someone to pay for your delivery. No refunds will be given if a delivery cannot be made and a subsequent delivery will be made with a surcharge.
Changes/Cancellation:
- For any changes on design, quantity or delivery date, at least 3 days' notice before delivery date is required.
- Longer notice period is required for order over 100pcs.
- Additional costs may be charged based on the type of changes. We reserve the right to terminate the order.
- For cancellation, not less than 3 days' notice is required, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than the above notice days, no deposit will be refunded.
*All the above terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of SaSa Cakes which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any dispute, SaSa Cakes reserves the right to make final judgement on the dispute.
