**Our cakes are all made with natural, fresh ingredients that we source locally when possible.  Let us know if you have any dietary restriction, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  However, we do baking in a kitchen where nuts are stored and we also do bake with flour, dairy, sugar, pecans and walnuts on the premises, and our products cannot be guaranteed to be nut or allergy free and are not recommended for those with severe allergies to these ingredients.**
